This is the privacy policy for the app May your wife…. The app is made to play together and collects as little data as possible. Here is exactly what does and does not happen.
The app anonymously records how it is used, so we can see what works and what does not. This covers: which kind of screen you open, how long a round lasts, which set you play, which platform you are on and which version of the app you have.
This includes a device identifier that the app generates itself on first launch and stores locally. It is not an advertising identifier and not a number belonging to your phone; it exists only inside this app and tells us nothing about who you are. Delete the app and it is gone. This data goes to our own server and is not shared with or sold to anyone.
If you send us feedback from within the app, we receive the text you type, together with that same anonymous device identifier and your app version. You may optionally enter your email address if you would like a reply; leave it blank and we do not send it. We use that address only to respond to your message.
You can switch on a weekly reminder. It is scheduled entirely on your own device: no server is involved and we receive no push token. Turn notifications off and nothing further happens.
Statements you create yourself are stored only locally on your own device. They are never sent anywhere and are not visible to anyone else.
For the one-time in-app purchases we use RevenueCat and the Apple App Store. To remember what you have purchased, RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user ID and your purchase status. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for advertising or tracking. The payment itself is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

Your preferences (such as dark mode and whether read-aloud is on) are stored only locally on your device.
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Because there is no account, we cannot tell which data is yours. Email us from the address you left with your feedback and we will delete everything attached to it. If you never sent feedback, we hold nothing that can be traced back to you.
